All items are packed and sent from our Collingwood studio within 3 - 5 business days.
Australian shipping $10 with tracking
New Zealand shipping $15 with tracking
International shipping $25 with tracking
Shipping times are indicative and are sent through Australia Post's trackable service. Transit times range depending on your location within Australia, and may be delayed due to COVID-19. Please allow around two weeks to receive your print.
Make sure you enter the correct postal address at the checkout. Once the order has been received and lodged we cannot make any adjustments. You will be charged the standard postage rate to resend the returned package.
We don’t take any responsibility for packages that are lost due to an incorrect or incomplete customer details. We don’t take any responsibility for packages once they are marked as delivered by Australia Post. We don't take any responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit.
It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office if the parcel cannot be left at the delivery address provided.
Our A4 and A3 prints are sent securely flat packed via regular tracked post.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email hello@zacfay.com.
